Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy


 Cancellations

We offer free cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel, email us right away at Order@calmsloth.com.

After 12 hours, your order begins processing and can no longer be canceled.


 Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Calm Sloth purchase! If there’s a problem with your item, we’ll work with you to resolve it — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

We handle every case individually with care. Just email us at Order@calmsloth.com with your issue and photos or videos if applicable.

  • 30-day resolution window from the date you receive the item.

  • No refunds on international shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

  •  If eligible, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.


 Returns

If a return is necessary, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we make it easy — we’ll email you a pre-filled shipping label to print and attach to the package.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please email Order@calmsloth.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence

Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. We handle these cases quickly and fairly.


 Incorrect Address

Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to change the address or issue a refund. Always double-check your details at checkout.


 Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your item:

  1. Contact your local post office to report the issue.

  2. Request an official affidavit for a lost or stolen package.

  3. Email us the document at Order@calmsloth.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Note: In these situations, we may offer a replacement, but we cannot guarantee a refund.


 Delays in Shipping

While most orders arrive on time, some delays may occur. If your package is still in transit and trackable, we cannot issue a refund. However, we’ll help investigate if your order is significantly delayed or lost.


 Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days. If you haven’t received yours:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.

  3. If it’s still missing, contact us at Order@calmsloth.com.
